It can be very powerful, I always think of the WC3/SC2 trigger editor. It's the same style. But unless you have a good tool that abstracts over it, it's horrible. And that tool has to be kept up to date.

I haven't tried Bandy's tool but anything is better than raw dogging some sql for this type of system

I guess it is arrogant to say it, but to be fair, I doubt any server has a better tool than wow db editor (to be clear: for database editing, i.e. TS-wow, noggit are completely different things and different stories)

It wouldn't surprise me what so ever if a server has taken your tool and added to/improved on it, and you'll never get a single PR in return
