Looking at the documentation and table structure, I'd say: no, not by default.
Maybe some possible workaround:
make those multiple quests as the necessary prequests of one final "You did it, you can now enter the instance!" quest.
This one final quest belongs in the access_requirement table.
The pre-quests belong into the final quests entry in the quest_template.
