nevermind, ive lost interest in doing it with this or any other server emulator, i come asking for help and instructions, and feel that i get laughed at because im not super knowledge on this while trying to correct MY mistakes and learn at the same time. I wont bother any of you any more. sorry for wasting everyones time with this useless human.

I started working with TC with 0 knowledge of it as well. The wiki was very self-explanatory to me. And the moment I was done, it worked.
I suggest a backup (if you already did something with your old TC and its database) and a clean fresh start, just like the wiki tells you to do it. @ WhoMadeit pointed out, that stuff is different from the way the wiki says.
So, do it exactly the way the wiki says it once, to get it started. You can adjust stuff later.
Feel free to ask if any step of the wiki is unclear before following it. Good luck.
