Looking at the spell "Feed Pet" (ID: 1539), it periodically gives Happiness with a fixed value.
So, my bold assumption would be: Yes, all hunter pet foods increase the same amount of happiness.
I never saw anything else while playing this class as well, and never read anything like that.
