This npc has build 0. So it doesn’t bother me to install build 28377 and it will work

You want to create a custom item, right? I think in that case, column `VerifiedBuild` is irrelevant.
Correct me if I'm wrong, tho.

If I install build 28377 in the realmlist and everything that is in the database will be with build 28377, then I can log in from the client 1.13.0
