maybe export what you can into sql and reinject it into your new database. or figure out a different program to use because i don't think heidisql has the functionality you're looking for

Thing is bro, no one really gets what you want. Why don't you just uinstall mysql, then install the newest version and start completely fresh? No need to repair anything, just start fresh from the beginning.
