maybe an incorrect typed pw? other than that it's just network related things which i'm sure you have ports and ip's correct. have you tried manually restarting mysql? through services.msc

I havent touched anything, essentially I moved to a new place, and it was running fine at my last place. I logged into the DB and changed the WAN IP under realmlist, tried to start the server and nope
