It's not. It's just not TC, and so people want to use it, because 'everyone' uses TC, and they're not a sheep.

I believe the development team is just more focused and there’s much more work being done in TC than AC for sure and yeah I’ve used AC one time because the setup docker is cool but that’s it lol.

There wss reports of people's docker built in az getting compromised. Those git issues seemly always get deleted by the maintainers. Mainly because there isnt a simple way to change defaults logins
