Players seem to know various spells from Generic (DND) skill line, such as for example <https://www.wowhead.com/spell=6478/opening>, which when right-click interacting on a chest-type GO with a Lock DBC ref will try to find a viable spell that unlocks the lock although I did not reverse engineer this from the ASM of the client but just based on the behavior of the client packets and DBCs. In the case of the Cactus Apple it's that spell I mentioned. So the client will send a CMSG_CAST_SPELL packet targeting that GO with that spell.
