Indeed. Gotta start somewhere though right? But granted I don't expect to get to a level where I can be of any use to them. It was more the mention of TrinityCore that sent me down the rabbit hole of wanting to try it out for myself, for my own amusement more than anything.

For sure - I've been all the way through the guide and got the server compiled, MySQL configured, TC up and running. I just couldn't get the only 3.3.5a client I have (wow-mania's) to connect, which is how I ended up here asking silly questions.
