so, been out of the game(literally) for a while. trying to compile using Linux Mint on a computer that i used to run the server on a while ago(machine build works). get to cmake, and it throws an error that " The C++ compiler "/usr/bin/c++" is not able to compile a simple test program". i used the instructions for Ubuntu(since Linux Mint is based off of it). i got to poking around in the /usr/bin folder, found a symlink to c++ which points to /etc/alternatives/c++. looking there, it does contain the c++, that symlinks to /usr/bin/clang that symlinks to ../lib/llvm-14/bin/clang, which exists. what appears to be missing?
