In the database, in the locale file, there is an obvious error in the Russian language (and it seems in some others) that the text was used not from the Lich, but from the Cataclysm.

A lot of people just take text and translate it themselves and try to propose that as a fix, which doesn't usually get accepted, they have to get the actual translation Blizzard made and submit that

Sure, I understand that, but to actually fix it you would have to track down what he's supposed to say in 3.3.5a and submit that as a PR, which is not the easiest thing to do in some cases

Again, best way to get these issues fixed is to create issue reports on Github for them when you find them so they can actually be investigated, of course unless you start submitting PRs yourself
