I specifically personally did the compilation because of this, there is no such thing on various repacks either. wanted to check on a clean server.

But really, I don't see any greetings. The character immediately gives a quest.

I do not know. As far as I can see, you should also be seeing that greetings text on TC, I see no commits to remove that text from the creature

Also, with regards to the Russian translation, this particular quest has a text from the Cataclysm. Fortunately, there is a translated base.
