This is a tool that creates a portal in the simplest way that you can use.
The tool is for Windows, but after entering the information there click on generate and then an SQL command will be created, which you have to insert into your database, then restart the server and place the portal where you want it to be.

I haven't used the tool for ages because I do my portals differently, but it should still work.

You can then select how the portal should look like there. In the end the portal looks like the ones in dalaran the portals
