So... I got my server on a VPS now, and the locales won't load at all. Just hangs entirely. What would happen, in theory, if I just dumped the table? Besides any non-English clients having trouble?

It seems my server's actually just getting caught up in some sort of issue at localisation as a whole.

...So I found the issue. My locales appear utterly broken, and absurdly larger than they should be, comparing to a fresh DB install.
