Not sure I understand. What do you mean "no time to create the character", or do you mean it disconnects immediately after logging in?

I can log in normally, but when I'm editing a new character (in this new account), it disconnects after a while and I can't finish creating the character.

In the gm account I have, I created a character normally, but this second account is happening. And I normally log on to the GM account and I can also play normally.
