Long time since i played retail wotlk so im not sure what blizzlike looks like but my players can gather herbs and veins on my fresh TC 335 compile and guarantee skillup from each node by not looting and regathering until skillup. Same with lockpicking for rogues.
Seems like a huge flaw in a core mechanic unless intended.

actually Eluna forces MapThreads to 1, so "large scale" applies only to the number of customizations, not to the number of players
