So am i running that create sql in the startup script or is there another way to run it?

I haven't ran world server or anything, does world server need to be running in order for me to run these Create SQLs and TDB Sqls?

Depending on how you've installed the MySQL service, that needs to be running before you start world/auth

you shouldn't need to do anything except for execute `create_mysql.sql`. The rest is handled by worldserver

Also... create_mysql is just raw sql that should be run against your database
