Does anyone have a clue in the 3.3.5 source where the code to auto-flag people when in opposing faction territory is? And why on Azeroth changing the default language of Horde characters to Common causes them to auto-flag in their own cities?

I am genuinely at a loss for why changing the BaseLanguage causes that change, rather than using the actual Alliance/Horde flag.

Could be a oversight, something old that was never revisted, or not something that was not a priority or a known issue
