it was, I remmed it out though because either it was causing errors or wasn't working. Iirc I spawned the npc and he was just a dud

reverting the sql will be easy enough and the remmed out stuff in custom_script_loader.cpp isn't hurting anything

As long as `TemplateNPC` remains in ScriptName, you'll get that error if there's not a matching script
