Have you tried to use both https://github.com/trickerer/Trinity-Bots and http://ike3.github.io/mangosbot-docs/ ?
I'd like to use Trinity-Bots as bots for raid or dungeon, and use ike3 bots as random player bots
Do you think it's possible?

No. That ike3 bot code for TrinityCore was abandoned over 6 years ago and I would render it quite an impossible task to even get it running in an up to date version of TrinityCore. Not even starting to speak about merging these 2.
