I have Warmane's 3.3.5 client, but with TC if I use StrictVersionCheck=1, it fails to log-in with unable to validate game version implying it's a modified client?

With StrictVersionCheck=0 I can log-in no problem, but I'm wondering if Warmane's client is actually modified, or if there's something else going on?
