You Can add plate Spells by .learn xx ( xx is the id on the Spell ) ,, not sure if you Can dublicate the quest and add shaman’s to it , Else you Can create a quest, there Will add the spell to players and the items you want ( sadly i cant help with that ) im slacking so using a app - but Think other’s , Can be helpful around how to create quest etc

any crash log? do you even build in debug mode?
or does the worldserver console say something? (it doesnt close if you run it in a command window)
