His led to rare mobs dropping 4+ green items 100% of the time. Mine led to them sometimes still not dropping anything, or dropping between 1-3 randomly.

So for now I'm going to be going zone-by-zone fixing up those with unique drops to start with, and then figuring out a good way to handle the rest.
