give the shapeshift spell threat-reducing effect or hardcore something in the core, there's no toggle for something like that

`SPELL_AURA_MOD_THREAT` can be negative, so i'd try that

looks right, then change basepoints to something. If basepoints = -1 and diesides = 1, you effectively get 0
