Are you using MEfix correctly?

I extracted the files from your pack into my WoW Folders ( After backing up of course) and i tried to run the Game via MEfix. But nothing happens i click the MEfix.exe and nothing happens. This is extremly agitating to me as your work is very well done and i would like to try it. Any help would be appreciated
