I don't know if it's possible to set up a second Auth server paired with this, I would say no, unless you have an additional ip adress on the same machine too and/or modify your host file to reroute yourself internally by connections from another external ip

I could be wrong since I'm not at my computer but if I recall correctly there should be something like 'allowed security level' in your Auth.realmlist table

Don't use more than two servers on same storage disk (SSD)... If you have more than two realms then move the 3rd one on a different hardware (server machine).
