Can you try this? Use clean world db without any modifications.
And only set faction of entry 12423 into 35

im allways up lol :d badly sleeper, no sry idk how i set a secund world up :i but 35 is for all and didnt work for me , didnt try after it worked with other faction cuz normal is 12

know the feeling , used yesterday / today = around 16 hours to fix 1 small / big thing and its not even fixed 100% hope to get it working like it should but idk how i can search more info without sniff etc
