Removed ?? On 335 they are spawned cant remember what level onyxia is , but naxx is lvl 80

onyxia is lvl 80 just tested ,, write .gm on and .tele onyxia then u teleport to the instance

They have not been removed but overwritten by blizzard, something (as far as I know) they never did again this way. They even took the old spells and bumbed the numbers up instead of creating new spells for everything (what they would normally do)

so besides reworking them back to what they were, there is no way to get into them?

Even simple reworking would be problematic since as I said, the spells in the old Form just simply don't exist anymore
