I think you can try moving data from old mysql to wamp mysql

Dont use Xamp for creating the source - use mysql 5,7 - 8.0 .. Xamp is like a portalable mysql ( means you downloadning Xamp to use is it like a mysql - but you use Xamp on repacks cuz the Can have missing mysql )
