Ok so I've found and edit the Effects in the dbc file of 20584 that say 74, which I assume is the speed factor. How do I go about changing it in the game? Would I have to export to MPQ or how do I do this?

So to recap how I got the solution of increasing ghost speed for all users (Preserving the effect of Night Elf Wisp form, but lowering the modifier);
```
if (GetRace() == RACE_NIGHTELF)
CastSpell(this, 20584, true);
CastSpell(this, 8326, true);
```I changed the spell.dbc values of `20584` from `74` to `49` (Because they deserve a small boost above others for historical purposes. xD) AND the values of `8326` to `150`.

But I have actually changed it so the first line is `if (GetRace() != RACE_NONE)` so was my original intention; which grants a 199 speed boost to all and puts them in wisp form for fun.

Nvm. don't really need it. It is definitely working in movement speed increase and applying wisp to any race.
