Oh u have Them chase you , then they Can stand on another, Else if you go near and they do it , it Can be wrong gps / spawn on npc , Try respawn Them both where they start and see if its same issue

In the area / zone , its hinterlands right ? It has some bugged creatures ( even on retail )

I dont remember if 335a had this spreading around the Victim or if its added in later expansions.
