I think he meant although it’s for by 18+, the majority of the audience playing is 10 - 14+ (not sure if that’s exactly what he’s referring to). Although the Cyberpunk lore was laughably disappointing while the GTA V was awesome sauce. Also, for me it was laughably gory (Maybe I am mad?).
