They put license systems that require internet connections already in alot of their wow repacks

TC is the base , repacks is done work ( mostly broken after release ) , I mean on TC you create everything and edit it self or have players to help , On a repack the work is done but sometimes broken and missing files , It Will mean: on a repack you maybe cant change anything only play like a player . On TC: you Can change all files and have all files
