yes thats because you used 1 for icon. when you use anything other than GOSSIP_ICON_CHAT (0) AND you only have 1 option, client automatically clicks on it

solution is to either change the icon (it doesnt matter for you because you cover it with texture) or just add more options

and ffs dont just put "1" or "0", use the named definitions from <https://github.com/TrinityCore/TrinityCore/blob/3.3.5/src/server/game/Entities/Creature/GossipDef.h#L60>
