the problem is that the old sha hashes didn't salt, so they're susceptible to dictionary attacks specifically if they are leaked (allowing hackers to attack other servers if only one of them leaks)

but all servers are still susceptible to new servers popping up and recording large amount of registration data, but this is out of scope for emulators to handle

it's an array, the first value should go up and the other down. I'm going off my own notes for tswow on this, so i might misremember somewhat, but i believe i used the core for reference on what they meant
