Aha, that makes sense. I wasn't aware that the dbc folder needed to be located together with the other data folders. Maybe I missed something while reading the guide!

I copied the dbc folder into the worldserver folder and it seems to have worked. Not sure if it's good practice, but hey, this isn't for professional purposes
