Not sure but maybe the TDB is broken ? , it says u need to creat auth world etc , you used the right sql for that right ?

I mean u need auth and charater from dbc and TDB for world but Can be wrong . I used 2011-2013 TDB so outdated lol

Do you mean: should there be some kind of correspondence between dbc and TDB? My dbc file may have been modified
