I say [Weapon Mastery] should not add 10% to the damage
If it adds, shouldn't it show in green in the melee section?

Sry bad english. Normal damage is white , green is when you have abit buff on your char , but dont know how it 100% works :/ , i mean if your creating a new npc the stats are White , getting gear with stats Will change it to green

Not sure but Think the druid has 5 diff stats , and others have 1-2 . Im not sure but thinking the “green” Will shows if your change the stats value , like new char has like 5 melee dmg , if you take on a weapons you have 8-10 dmg insted, not good how it change the green stats , only know some forms like druid , Will give a buff and turn green insted of White

Try relearn talents , i mean use a healing / damage Spell before adding the talents and try agien , then see if the stats change when u cast , if not changed the talent / Spell Can be broken , not good with spells / talents

Np , cant remember if druid have a int spells on talent, but try create and shammy and use the int to see if your mana get’s a buff , if that work it Can be talents there are broken
