This gets annoying too, I'm probably going to have to replace AreaTable.dbc on the server because the map extractor for some reason doesn't override it with the one from my custom MPQ. :/

https://wowdev.wiki/M2#Versions defines that info. It can be a bit hellish to follow.. But it worked enough to extract the M2Camera stuff when I used it. I had to add in the fov (even if not using) when extracting from cata+ for example.

It seems... that AreaTable.dbc file someone sent to me with every single entry in it... after adding my edits it seems the WoW server still likes it.
