enUS should be primary, you can also extract other locales, but they go into their own folders. So in dbc folder should be enUS files direct, then you can have enGB folder with those dbcs in. But, anything other than enUS is optional.

Also the TrinityCore map extractors for some reason don't work with custom stuff. For example the map extractor I was able to easily modify it so that it would extract my custom MPQ file but then I struggled with the vmap extractor. I don't know C++

as much as i would love to see the darkmoon faire from cata+ in wotlk, this sort of thing will have to be asked by casc editors. i know most of them hang out at the model-changing.net forums. I am not enitrely certain who is still active with casc stuff atm personally
