There was a time where this was not a thing. Blizzard later changed that, TrinityCore data was never refreshed for this afaik.

There is no real or good reference for how loot should be since wowhead data is not really reliable

In 3.3.5 they should always drop something from the uncommon table that is level-appropriate.

I've seen reference_loot_template tables exist, full of greens, for those 0.5-1% drop chances.

You can check all the loot on the TrinityCore aowow database viewer btw
