The loot system is very complicated with reference and lack information about it online. I'd suggest you to make a query and replace all of those numbers as you said and try it out. Otherwise adding them up to 100% SHOULD make it work

more than that.. I never heard that some pserver using TC WotLK being closed by Blizz and Co. (except vanilla, classic and whatever).

But the fact that Blizzard doesn't bother with some servers, who aren't worth the hassle, doesn't change the legality of them.

You *might* get a Cease and Desist if Blizzard finds out. But Blizzard also probably won't think a small enough server is worth the trouble if you don't stop.
