Some of the reference are probaly just world drop pools and used for a lot of different mobs

also in the UK it's more than ok than you even think. I hosted a lot in the UK, private gaming websites on public even promoted on Google.

In the UK, it's still illegal. Blizzard just doesn't tend to bother if a server is too small to be worth the expenses.

People host in Europe and Russia because it's just more hassle for Blizzard to take them down than they're worth in players.
