I tried what you said with changing the "Online" DB column from 0 to 1 before to start the worldserver and after and not showing the players in WhoList, do you have an explanation for this? Ty in advance.

Using a network card with two Ethernet ports and configuring the router accordingly. Speed limit stays the same but more lanes on the highway. But eh the cards are pretty cheap so may test it out

What do you hope to gain with that? Unless you are still on a 10mbps network card, this is not the bottleneck
