your got mysql installer - community 8.0 or 5,7 right? , cuz then "Mysql" should be running in Task manager

open Task manager , go to the right Bar and look at MySql to see if its running, if not. your installed.. 1 a wrong one, 2 installed wrong

if its stopped your installing is wrong or your have a broken one , or just shot it down by your self , instilling it right will allow it to run every time your PC is starting
