Quote: This is my very first edit, done mainly to learn how the programs for such work. (MyWarCraftStudio mainly)

I chose to reskin the snow leopard's found in Dun Morogh for this experimentation with these programs. Why this skin? Cause the white with black spots of these cats never really appealed to me. Plus my hunter has a ghost saber and I wanted a better looking pet.

Here is what I got right now.

[Image: 89tyq11.png]

I started with the pure white tiger skin and started messing with the colors in photoshop, recoloring it by hand. I still wanted something frosty looking and came out with this blueish lavender color. The first version didn't have the spots but I chose to add them back in, all be it faintly. May go back and make my own spot pattern later on.

Here's what the cats look like in game.

I think it fits in better with the area.

And my ghost saber looks sweet I think.

Any suggestions? Comments?

I will be releasing this btw if anyone may want it. :3

First step: Learn how to edit textures [check]

Second Step: Learn to model switch.

EDIT: It took a bit, but I also made a matching skin for the spotted frostsaber mount! I changed the saddle blanket to make it look nicer. (I hated that torn rug thing) and removed the silver plates on the shoulders. They are just placed weirdly to me and strech when running. I still have the saddle to change, and need to fix parts of the blanket.

Ignore my crummy "just turned lv 40 thrown together mail armor' look ^^;

Question, there away to view my edits outside of the game? Got old very fast making change, relogging, checking, logging out, making change. relogging. etc.. x.x
