I have a previous version of trinitycore
It was installed on my system
And I used the same map and I had no problem
TrinityCore rev. a4e93d779c96 2020-12-06 17:52:13 +0100 (3.3.5 branch) (Win64, RelWithDebInfo, Static) (authserver)
<Ctrl-C> to stop.

yeah no, you have to re-extract them, maps changed and the server is expecting the newest version
