I just want to know how and where I can find DBFilesClient/Spell.dbc? Then edit it with Wow spell editor

You either need the extractors you get from compiling TrinityCore or you need mpq editors

yes, it is very simple without heavy brain usage
Create a new account ... open up your phpmyadmin or HeidiSQL, go to password field and copy that HASH and paste to your other account.
