now I have only 1 TC wotlk on Ubuntu 18.04 and 8GB DDR3, MySQL 5.7 and my RAM is at 45%! (which is acceptable) I also have a JAVA server on it but is not used by any app.

Yea, but wow will always ask to use x amount of ram I think, even if you had 32gb it would show it's using like 10+ that it doesnt need.
